- Contact Data: Email address and Phone number (for OTP verification and account security).
- Campaign Data: Records of petitions you have signed, created, or supported.
2. Dharmic Usage Policy
Your data is used strictly for the advancement of Dharma and the platform's functionality. We do not use algorithms to manipulate your behavior.
- To verify signatures on petitions (ensuring 1 person = 1 vote).
- To communicate updates regarding campaigns you have supported.
- To enable the "My Account" dashboard features.
- To prevent spam and bot activities on the Sampreshana platform.
3. Zero Commercialization
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Shivala.info is a non-profit initiative. Your data will never be monetized for advertising purposes.
4. Raksha (Security Measures)
We implement robust digital security measures (Encryption, SSL, Secure Databases) to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, as this is a community platform, we advise users to keep their passwords secure.
5. User Adhikara (Rights)
You retain full sovereignty over your data. At any time, you have the right to:
